Website Management

Developing, optimizing, marketing, and managing websites is our full time job. You concentrate on your business and we handle your website. After the site development is finished, we help you manage and update it.

We recommend that you keep your website up-to-date and accurate. The biggest advantage of having a site is that you can change it at any time. Generally, the best sites are those with updated content, especially sites with regular repeat visitors. Updating content is also another factor that can help your site improve its search engine rankings.

Whatever your maintenance needs might be, we help make the updating process as simple as possible. For regular changes, (monthly, weekly, etc.) we recommend taking advantage of a maintenance contract to help reduce costs for you. This also allows us to schedule a regular time to devote to your updates. Call or email us to start saving on updates with your own maintenance contract.

If you only need to make occasional changes to your site, we ask that you give us detailed instructions and ample time to accommodate your requests. You can also make updates to the site yourself, depending on your comfort level with the programming languages used on your site. Simple text edits are usually easy enough to handle with little or no HTML experience.

Fees
Fees are based on the time and skills needed to update and modify your Web site. Hourly rates are billed in quarter-hour increments to help save you money since most minor updates take less than an hour. Discounts are available when you do more frequent updates, as well as by agreeing to an annual contract to handle site updates.
