For Merchants looking to promote their products/services online, Shareasale is simply an affiliate program. You submit your own banners, links, etc. This assumes you already have a site. The Shareasale program allows you (the Merchant) to set the commission, which can be a set dollar amount or a percentage of the sale. Shareasale leaves it open to each affiliate as to how they promote your product/service, and rewards each affiliate who referrs a sale or lead to you. Shareasale manages the software, tracking, and payout for you.
